Refund Policy

Monthly subscription refunds
Briefcue Pro is billed monthly through Creem. If you purchased Pro by mistake or the product is not working as described, contact support at support@briefcue.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review the refund request.
Cancellations
Cancelling stops future renewal charges. Cancellation does not automatically refund a completed billing period unless a refund is approved under this policy.
Abuse and chargebacks
We may decline refunds for abuse, fraud, repeated refund requests, or usage that violates the Terms of Service. Payment disputes are handled through Creem and the relevant payment network.
